I have been using Account Now for several years and justrecently Feb. 09 I started a new job and had my paycheck direct deposited to my account. After having two months of direct deposits my account was suddenly put on restriction without any notification at all, once I reached a customer service rep. She told me that my date of birth listed on the account was incorrect, I asked her why I was not notified of this as I have been thier customer for over three years. I was told to fax a copy of my drivers license, social security card, and a utility bill, after doing this I was told that my paperwork was in the escalation dept. This went on for 8-days all the while my funds were still on hold I placed at least 20-calls to customer service some of the reps. Were nice and others were very rude i left four messages for a dept. Supervisor with no return call. On day six a sent an email to the Better Business Bureau and 24 hours later after the BBB confirmed contact with Account Now the restriction was suddenly lifted with an apology and they had the nerve to send me a customer service survey. They are a complete rip off beware of them very aware.
