I paid big $ for them to do my taxes... They are not right and the company does not even want to admit they are wrong! I checked on the IRS website under "where's my refund" and found out they are holding it, after talking with the IRS they stated they have corrected the amount of my refund and instead of a 2 week turn around time it's at least 11 weeks. Ron at erickson did not admit they made the error and said the IRS must have changed their policy on Injured Spouse Forms, and said he could not see where they had made any mistakes! Well, not according to the IRS this has been the same procedure for many years. Which I questioned them about since I have been filing the I.S. Form for over 10 years. So not only am I not getting the refund in 2 weeks it's been corrected to $253.00 less than expected and I get to wait at least 11 weeks!
