I worked like a tax preparer for Freedom Tax Support in the Sumner Ave shop from Jan - April. At the conclusion of the tax period Maribel Rodriguez bought the Springfield along with a Chicopee Business Place.
Ms. Rodriguez has just one tax period for encounter and required extra help start another shop within the Chicopee MA area. She offered me by having an "chance" to be always a companion operator of the Chicopee MA shop situated at 425 East Road.
Ms. Rodriguez drew up a Relationship Agreement declaring that I'd be eligible for 50% of the earnings. I spent roughly $5,000.00 and many weeks of my period.
I worked without obtaining taken care of many months and than 7 days before our first client strolled within the doorway she secured me out and will not spend me the cash I "spent".
Ms. Rodriguez deceitfully, fraudulantly and illegally extorted money from me with the objective of her very own individual gain and acquired free work at my cost. She will not return my expense and spend me for my period. She will not consider my or my lawyer telephone calls.
I approached Liberty Tax Corporate Office and was recommended they wouldn't assist me concerning this issue.
Is Ms. Rodriguez and/or Freedom Tax Support somebody you are able to trust??? I believe not.
