I recieved my statement for March and it has a telephone check fee for the month of Feb (I phoned in my payment) listed but not the payment and I was charged interest on the full amount of the money borrowed because they did not take off my payment but I have my bank statement that shows FCNB cashed my check. Like many others, I can not get through by phone to FCNB.
I think all cardholders should file a suit against this company along with Spiegel, Eddie Bauer and Newport News. Boycott these companies and do not make any future purchases and show them who is in charge, "The Consumer." I beleive in paying what I owe someone as a debt I aquired, but I do not have to continue to make them rich by invested any future purchases. There are plenty of other brands to chose from and companies out there not related to these ripoff companies and if I get desperate, I will do without.
