Rip-off charged me for somthing I didn't buy & then didnt have enough info for my bank to contact them internet

I was charged by this company and didnt use there service. My bank tried finding them but their info was not found, until I came online and researched them and found your site thanks so much. I am going to my bank they think they may be able to help. Again thanks for your site.
