Loan request

I am looking for some information on MTS. They approved me of the loan with a requirment of a deposit seeing how it was privately being financed. They also said that the investor is requiring the deposit. They offered to get the investors information so that I can send him the money directly rather to MTS. Any information would be helpful good or bad.
