I recently was contacted by a representative from worthington capital after using search engines to apply for loans online. I was told i was approved for a loan and that i had to send a deposit that would be used in case i was hurt or laid off. The deposit would be given back once the loan was paid off.
I was told to send the money to a courier via western union and i would have my money in 3 days. A week passed and i never received my funds. Finally i was told that because of my credit history i needed to send more of a security deposit which i regretably did.
I was guarenteed that i would have the money in 3 days again. After waiting and still not receiving the money i was told that i needed to send more money. I finally said that i was the one asking for a loan and asked for my deposit back. I was told 15 to 30 days and after 30 days no one has returned my call or answered the phone. My representative never gets back to me and i have left tons of messages. I work full time and go to school and i really need the $2100.00 back that i sent them.
