Bank They bought out WaMu's credit cards and raised my rate 8% point with no notice

I had a WaMu credit card at 18% interest. Chase took it over and raised the rate to 26% with no notice to me. I had never had a late payment or over the limit. The new rate put me fifty cents over the limit on my card and I was threatened with an over the limit charge... They also moved the due date up with no notice to me. They're already stealing from the taxpayer and now from their customers!
