I recently filed Bankruptcy and I was told by my attorney there could be the possibility I would have to sell my Timeshare. So I made an inquiry online and a gentleman by Christian or Steve not quite sure what his real name is because every time he called he used a different name. From Executive Timeshare Marketing called me regarding the sale of my timeshare. At first he was very pleasant, we discussed my Timeshare and the value, and the fees to use thier company. I explained to him that I needed to contact my Attorney before I could make any decisions. He then said do you have a number that you can be reached at all times in case of an emergency, I said yes, my work, but only use for real important information. Well on Monday I was not able to call him, I was really busy at work. So he takes it into his own hands to call me at work on Tuesday several times throughout the day. I finally answered and he was using the name Christian, I explained I havent decieded, and that I feel he is being too pushy and that he needs to stop calling my job, that i had to go because I had a Client waiting for me. So I hung up. He then calls back by the name of Steve, claiming to be a policy holder, my co-worker tells him I am busy but that she can help him, we knew who it was thanks to caller ID, so she then repeated and explained I was with a Client. Well He must have been so upset that he didnt get the sale, that he left me a voicemail saying Good After this is Christian again, you abruptly hung up on me, you were very rude, after everything I have done for you, and all the time I have taken to help you, Listen please do me a favor and yourself a favor, do not contact this company again, I wouldnt help you sell your timeshare if it were the last one on earth, I hope your Bankruptcy turns out to your disadvantage, I hope you get screwed on the sale of your timeshare, Oh and why your at it Why dont you take your timeshare and shove it where the Sun dont shine. Okay Sweetheart, now if you have any questions you know how to reach me, thankyou and have a good night. Talk about Rude, Unprofessional and the bad image this rep is giving to the company, to make matters worst I the called and requested to speak with a Supervisor, I was told there were none Available, I called back they were in a meeting, so i left my name and number again I waited and no one called. I then called this morning and to my surprise the representatives answering the phones were just as rude, they insulted me, they yelled at me, they cursed at me, I politely Hung Up, and here I am, I can understand one bad seed in the bunch, but to get treated like that by the entire business is just not Ethically Professional, and its bad business. No one should be treated that way. So Unless you want to get treated like Dirt, This company should not be used.
