Emillionaire.com / markilife.com the company boasts how to make money, but have no contact or support team, or no telephone help line?

I was checking E-mails in my face book account when I saw emillionaires advert about making money from google advertising, explaining to me the steps I needed to do to start up an account with google.com. I have had no e-mail giving me the instructions so am now worried if this is some kind of set up please could you tell other consumers that there is a I think someone out there acting and doing fraudulent this to poeple and I would ask anybody who has had dealings with this web site to let me know if I'm right or wrong about this site.
