Where do I begin? A few weeks ago I contacted David Hill on Craigslist. He posted an ad looking for personal guarantors. Because I met the qualifications and was out of work do to layoffs I decided to answer his ad with the hopes of getting a quick fix to feed my family. As a husband and father I had to do whatever I could to make ends meet.
So I called up Mr. Hill explaining my interest in being one of his guarantors for a corporate loan. He explained to me that all I had to do was cosign on a loan and that the Corporation will be contracted to repay my portion that I will receive for lending my services and place a portion of the remainder of the loan into a hedge account so timely payment will be made to repay the loan amount back to the bank.
I thought to myself that sounds okay. First flag I should have seen was that Mr. David Hill speaks with such a speed you could hardly understand what it is that he's saying. He's always whispering on the phone. But I just wrote it off because everytime he called me he said that he was working.
So I assumed that his urgency was that he could not stay long on the phone while on the clock. Now here is what this jag-off did. I followed through with my end providing necessary info like my credit report and personal info to get the loan. I was supposed receive payment in about 3 weeks because the eta for this particular loan.
Not only did he illegally use my identity to apply for different loans without my approval, somehow he received a payout from the lenders without my signature and approval. He was only suppose to use apply to one lender using my credit. Not 4. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against this crook!
I recieved the check from our initial guarantor agreement. No harm there, but this jag-off stole more than $150,000 from me. I will not stop until he is behind bars!!!
