I've a car loan for this POS I purchased in Ky before I PCSed to Florida using the Military. I've settled promptly, everytime, till I started a Voluntary Take.
So after it is in voluntary take, they write 2 additional payments through my lenderis webbillpay (really my problem, when I didnt understand the payments were placed) however the issue is, Wells Fargo required both funds, and wouldnt give them back. After paying all my day moments being moved and disconnected, I am informed, "should you are likely to have this voluntarily reclaimed, we'renot likely to return the final cost". Verbatim.
This Is Actually The week before Holiday actually, and that I have $. 37 within the lender due to it. I stated, "Okay, I get back the voluntary repossess." simply because I truly require that cash.
