This company screwed me!!! I also went online to post a payment with my checking info. But Rewards660 had changed the site, so when I made the min payment it defaulted to paying my balance. My confirmation stated $630.00 was paid??? With what would be my first pay check after being unemployed for a year. I jumped on the phone to call Rewards660 customer service rep to explain & ask to please cancel the payment. The rep smugly assured me it would cancel the next morning. Then asked me if I wanted to pay the min due? I replied hell no, maybe after confirming the payment was cancelled.
For three days I checked w/my bank & my the payment never went through. Memorial weekend I went to the grocery store & my debit card was declined. I sped home to find my account overdrawn $659.00. I called Rewards660 but they closed for the holiday. I tried using my Rewards660 card, which now had a zero balance, but it also declined. I had no money for five days. Each time I called Rewards660 to get my money back, I had to tell the story over & over. I finally got my money back 3-4 weeks later thanks to my bank.in the meantime I had to live off my rewards660 card.
But when the bank put the money back on my rewards660, I had a balance of $1,300.00. Even after admitting their mistake Rewards660 wanted a payment to bring my account under my limit & refused to increase my limit. I finally got frustrated with the whole cluster f*&^%, & called asking to close & settle for $1067.00. The Corp CSR agreed but wouldn't fax a letter until I paid the amount. I called for a settlement letter & was told it would be faxed.
Two months later I'm receiving Rewards660 statements w/a $300.00 bal, after continual promises of a closed account. I tried calling rewards660 (LIARS) but directed to another company I have to deal with to watch ruin my credit because there is a lack of integrity existing between human beings who give their word!!! Bulls*&^!!
