Gena borrowed $55,000 from me on a promissory note and never even tried to make a payment or pay it back

Gena Anderson borrowed $55,000 from me in Nov '06 and she has never even made an attempt to pay it back.

She come across as a very nice person, and needs the money in order for her deals to go through, or to help her and her family out until her "big" deal does go through. I only lent her money because of people we worked with at the time and later she sided with another company that was upset with my associates and I and sided with them on a few major issues, even though I had lent her money and they had not. She has never even tried to make the intrest only payments that I tried to arrange with her. She said it is because she can't afford them.

I am posting this here so that no one else will lend her money. You will NOT get it back. She own nothing, doesn't make enough money to make the payments, and none of her "deals" ever come through.

Do not lend her any money unless you want to give it away.
