I joined this MLM company a few months ago based on the belief that I could earn substantial income from home withour a lot of effort on my part. As a member I was required to purchase certain of their products each month.
After a few months, I was convinced that this endeavor would not would not produce substantial income to me and discontinued my participation. I wrote to them on 01/21/03,01/25/03 and 02/03/03 assking how to return unused products for credit. No information was forthcoming relative to the returns for credit.
I wrote again on March 13. I then received an email stating that the matter had been turned over to their credit department. I did finally receive an email from the credit department denying authorization for the returns.
They claimed that their policy made no provision for returns. This may be true, but the certainly did not make a point of that while they were taking my money.
They only managed to Rip me Off for about $200 but I believe this to be unethical business practice and other potential suckers should be warned!
