I was contacted by NorthStar on Oct 2 reguarding a credit card offer sign up. I authorized this deduction. I called this company from Nov - Jan 03. They gave me the run around for months making empty promises. I called them Jan 12 and they gave me a address to fax my bank account info to them for a refund. I mailed the necessary paperwork and it came back two weeks later saying company moved and didn't leave an address. The number was also disconnected.
