Universal Leanding told me they had investors ready to invest $2 million in my company and all I had to do was pay $5,000 for a PPM. (Privet Placement Memorandum)
I payed the $5,000 and as soon as they received my money nothing happened except there attatude to me turned hostil. The investors they said were ready to go were nowhere to be found. When I asked where the investment capital was they blamed me for having my Attorny look at the documents and that caused a delay that now there are no investors.
All this company wants to do now is blame me and not deliver. I feel they will never deliver any investors, all they are interisted in is selling me a PPM, for $5,000.
Do not give this company any money they will not deliver, save your money.
