Cross Country Bank
Harrases Non Customers Too! Victimized many consumers

I am not now, nor have I ever been an account holder at Cross Country Bank. A different representative called my house 5-10x per day for about three weeks asking to speak to a friend of mine that lives in another state. After being told on three different occasions that the person they want to speak to will never be reached at this number, they continued to call. WTF?!

I finally got rid of them by contacting the Compliance Area of the Office of the State Bank Commissioner listed on this site:
