I received a call from Thomas Johnson (866-612-1284) at H&P telling me that papers would be filed today and if I didn't want to be embarassed at work, I needed to contact them immediately. I called spoke to Mr. Johnson and was told that since it was my "first offense" it would be possible to work something out. I told him not to contact me at work, he stated that he would not, but that I would be arrested there. I hung up and will not deal with him. The first call was at 9:30 this morning, I have had 3 calls since then.
I did some research on this company and found out that before Oct/ Nov they were operating under the name Legal Mediation Practices. This is the info on H&P Capital - same building, same address and even some of the same employees. Anyone ever talk to Stacy Boyd?
