So this company took $149.95 from my checking account. It was supposedly a company that was a paydayloan locator and/or a credit card company. They charged $149.95 cents to open a credit card with capabilities to take $2500 in cash advances, supposedly. I decided not to do this because I did, nt want $149.95 taken from my account when there are lenders out there who don't charge a fee up front...
So, when the bank opens this morning I am going to have to close my account and open a new one. The banks have "fraud alert" systems. I'm wondering how this company continues to do this without getting caught???
By the way, the phone number given on my bank statement was a "lawn mower" shop... Gotta laugh at that one.
