National Franchise Services - Ken Hollowell & Palapas Restaurants State of California orders Ken Hollowell to stop breaking the law. Case number CAS 37423 Orlando Florida

It seems as though he is at it again. Ken Hollowell, who recently fled the State of California to avoid pending legal troubles, recently filed a story on complaint proclaiming his innocence and accusing me, his victim, of slander and libel. Ken Hollowell claims that he was never told by any California government agency to stop selling franchises. Hmmmm.

One simple Google or Yahoo search of his name will show anyone on the first page that pops up that he indeed did receive a Desist and Refrain written order from the government to stop his illegal business activities. The order is dated March 8th. Anyone can clearly see who issued it and it was not yours truly.

Ken Hollowell would like everyone to believe his words over everything else they might actually find out when they research him on line. Hollowell, in his written rant on this web site tried to infer that I made up some kind false accusation and placed it on the internet. Sorry, but with a web address marked www.corp.ca. Gov I could not fake nor create such a web placement. But hey, let's take this one step further.

The investigator handling the prosecution of Ken Hollowell for his criminal activities would be happy to hear from any and all of Hollowell's victims. His toll free number is 800-952-5210. His name is Randy Edner and I can tell all of you complaint readers that he is not a big fan of Ken Hollowell. He almost fell out of his chair when he uncovered the fact that Hollowell has been issuing millions of shares of stock to people without any bank liquidity to back up the supposed per share stock value set at $1.00 each. Sorry Mr. Hollowell, but it looks like you are busted... Again.
