Tuesday December 30 I made a cash deposit in person at my branch. Wednesday December 31 my check card was declined when I swiped it to make a purchase. Wachovia regularly mishandles deposits and is quick to dodge responsibility.
The first time this happened was April and I blamed the branch. I've had the same thing happen three times since. I've spent countless hours on the phone with Wachovia and countless hours paper trailing things Wachovia could not figure out for themselves. I should be punching a time clock and getting paid for this!
