Ripoff $200 for platinmun card cannot use change phone number FLorida

American Credit Solution issued me a platinum card on the 10/29/02 after receiveing the card they send me a catalog to buy stuff from it they did not tell me anything about a catalog until i receive it

I call them i speak to a man i did not get his name he say i have to buy something from the catalog before i used my card, the man tell me i have to spend at least $100 to buy something from the catalog in order to used my card

I send $100 in Check to American Credit Solution which they take from the bank i have not receive what i order from them

I dont hear anything from them, they change their phone number i have no way of contacting them, all i have now is a card that cannot be used.

Before sending me the card i had to pay $200 to receive the card, in all i send to them is $300. Any help you can offer me i will be grateful. Thank you.
