Never got response to my phone calls, etc

I requested a guide out of this organization and tell them that used to do not need to participate their online regular account factor. They nevertheless began receiving me regular $19.99 from November to Jan. Lastly I shut my bank card and also have a brand new one now-so they CAn't play this game anymore. Terrible customer support. I've discovered out of this one!
