I didnot provide no body agreement to cost any factor on my account must be opposite back again to my account

All I understand is somebody withdraw $99.00 out my account and I didnot provide them with permission to creating me large over-draft and Iam unhappy about this one bit. And Yes I contact to talk to supervisor in respectis to it and was informed I'd be getting a phone and also havenot only at that time. Iam not thinking about nothing apart from the costis being change back to my Consideration.
