Worst support / shipping organization actually (I'll dislike your industrial after I view it today)! Didnot provide on day guaranteed, didnot actually contact to routine visit, bundle got misrouted, online monitoring was misinformative (explained itis in philadelphia, when itis in dc). I had been informed they only provide from 10-5pm, 10-12pm is for industrial just, they do not focus on weekend, they stuffed anything into truck at 5am meaning no further shipping visit that evening in case your bundle isn't on vehicle. They slipped off my large bundle about the pavement in the torrential rain, and that means you require two individuals in the home to transport it inside. Designed to get my bundle monday, waited all day long monday, they didnot contact until wednesday, didnot have it until Friday that week!
