On 10/03 we signed up for credit card processing with Summit Merchant Solutions. On 11/13/08 we accepted a charge for $3500.00 which we hand keyed in. They failed to fund. After much back and forth, they said they would refund the transations. After several dates that they would do an in house reversal, they finally supposedly did it on 11/24.
To this date, the card holder has not gotten the refund and I have not gotten my money. Warning. They tried to get us to sign a noncancellabel lease agreement for equipment. Thank God we said no. However, we did purchase a refurbished machine frrom them and paid $1200 cash. This machine has never worked and we are trying to get reimbursed on this as well.
This company has continueously lied to us. Our client has told us as soon as she get the refund on her card she would pay us. At this time we are out the $3500 charge $1200 for the machine and they have even charged us credit card fees for the charge they refuse to fund.
We have provided the material and labor.
Do not use this company... They are a total ripoff.
Beware of credit card processors, especially those with new employees. OUr representative was new and inexperienced. He was someone we knew. Remember, these people have access to your checking account.

Our company has tried everything as has our customer to get this resolved to no avail. I am currently going to take the company to Small Claims Court.
