Drop order later reprocess after cancellation

I put 2 order with geek.com 1/1

They verified my credit card but still suspected not valid it's mine

Dropped the order as shown on my pending transaction on my bank statement

Later e-mail them just go ahead cancell this order so i can get from other vendor even leaved the message to nicole m.

Later 9 days passed whitout upgrading what happening they charged my account without agreement

Nowadays i told them not to ship the terminated order since igot from other merchant arriving

This a embarrassing to cope with geek.com

Imagine they not getting all of the email not voice-mail

I'll update more the end result
