This company is a total scam. Beware beware beware. They charged me $4000 up front and promised they would get my mortgage company to lower my payments and rengotiate my loan... Then I was foreclosed on and kicked out of my house. The whole time this company promised me that they would get this done. They caused my and my kids to be put out on the street and they took my money. They should be put in jail for this. It has to be illegal.
Do not trust this company. They lied to me the whole time. When finally got ahold of them after I was evicted from my house they told me "Sorry". I asked for my money back and they said they dont do that. Even though they promised me a money back guarantee when I gave them the $4000 up front.
I cant believe they are preying on people like me in these tough economic times. They will surely go to Jail soon. If not jail then they will go to hell.
