I called natalie and she gave me 3 options to borrow the loan. 1. House collateral, 2. Person with a-1 credit, or 3. Must pay up front 3 months of payments that would be due. I then money-moneygrammed 428.00 to a Fitsroy Bowen in quebec canada (this should have been an alert to us) on monday 12-17-07 and was promised that the money 3000.00 would be wired to our bank acct with 2-4hrs. Tuesday came and no money. Natalie was notified by me that the money was not in the bank. She said that the money-gram came to late in the day and that her company just verified that iit was in, and that the money should be transferred 2-4hrs. As of tuesday the money was not in the bank. Today weds I called her back and asked if the money was scam, she did not reply. She said if we wanted to have a refund it would take 30days. At this time I asked her if this was a scam and if I would never see that money 428.00 ever again. At this time she became rude and did not answer but hung up. This was all the money we had and we trusted this company. My wife is in shambles because of this, this was all the money we had. This company was previously named american premium card services, was changed to american financial.
