I too received a call and was told I had been approved for a USA Platinum card. I was ask a lot of personal questions and when the operator ask for my checking account and routing numbers I got suspicious. I was sitting in front of my computer at the time and I pulled them up and got your site.
I informed the operator on the phone that I was not interested and she got her supervisor who when I told him about the web site I had found he got angry and told me lots of companies have people who complain about services.
I then told him I had by now pulled up the better business bureau and they too had bad reports on them, he then got angry and hung up.
