Money out of my account - First Plus Platinum

Hi i am angry that first platinum has taked 99.95 dollars out of my account. I have called my bank and filed a dispute for this amount. Is there a web site directly to customer service where i can also write to them, i will be calling them also. I see this has happen to many other people why has nothin been done to stop this
