I requested the $5.95 trial and ended the account before the 14-day trial was over. The organization charged my (money)/charge card $88.62 for one more cargo. I named the 866-938-4832 customer support range. I had been informed there is no report of my phone to stop, however the individual stated they'd cancel my bill. I had been informed the cargo had been being delivered and would need to be delivered using the cancelation confirmation number. It was over per month before. I've not obtained the intended cargo to deliver it back and that I haven't been acknowledged the cost to my bill. I approached the organization on 11/24/08 and was handed the return authorization # 339811-812700 the organization tackle I had been provided is
