I was a victim as everyone else was. I sent $2300 to them, borrowing most of it, in order to get money to pay for college. I was told the same thing as most of you and then was told my refund would be in my bank on December 5th. It is now January and I still don't have my money and know I won't get it. I would like to attempt to file a lawsuit against them so if anyone else wants to try to join me please let me know! I am now in danger of losing my house and not finishing school because I was dumb enough to send them money I couldn't afford to let go of!
