I have no idea what this $49.95 charge is for!

I just found a charge in the amount of $49.95 for a credit service that I DID NOT order. I tried to call their 800#, but they keep saying how busy they are and that it's better to send an e-mail to them.

I held for several minutes and then finally took the e-mail address down and sent them an e-mail.

I have no idea what this is, and, if it is a credit reporting company, I don't want any part of it.

Now I have to wait until 1/5 to try and call again, or wait for an e-mail response. FAT CHANCE!!!
