Claimed that I won $57,000 US and sends a check for 3,988.35. Was directed to call back when check clears the bank

I received a check from Rusty ECK Ford from UMB Bank. The return address says: ECK LLC 1199 Fremont St Suite 90 San Francisco CA 94205. I called Cynthia Jacob at 1-514-575-4401 and was directed to immediately deposit the check and then call her back as soon as the check cleared the bank in order to qualify for the $57,000 unclaimed prize money. I have until January 7 to respond to get the money.
