I have been dealing with this company for several months now. First after reading some information, I had thought they were a legitimate company out to help those of us struggling with debt.
Today, I am fighting to get money back that has been given to them to pay off debts.
I have sent many e-mails asking and demanding for the information on my account only to be ignored or yelled at via e-mail by a man named Eric Pinola. He has been very rude.
All I am asking for is information from this guy and he is feeding me a line of crap. I am currently seeking representation to get the money owed to me back and I am seeking to sue this company. I would like for them to see how it feels to go through what I am for once. This company thinks they have it made.
I want my money back and help from a reliable company that isn't going to to this to me but rather help me in the way that I actually need help.
If you are reading this, I beg of you avoid this company at all cost, we don't want to see you hurt and in this position.
Find a company that is actually listed with the Better Business Bureau and verify they are the right company for you.
I am hoping that I can get this company out of my life for good.
