This company starts out by sending generic emails to business owners, explaining the importance that the business owner establish business credit. After awhile, I called to inquire. A rep named Rolly (sp?) signed me up. He said they would establish my company as a corp. And create business lines of credit up to $100K.
That was the last time I heard from anybody. I spend the next 3 and a half months trying to reach someone. I never got anyone by phone or email. I emailed and asked for a refund. Then they pretended not to get it.By now, I'm fed up and sick of the crap. I remember they said they were a part of the LA BBB, so I emailed the BBB of Orange county. Turns out they have a "F" rating and 12 unanswered complaints as of Christmas Day 2008.
WOW! I'm sure they have some nifty excuse for this, but you don't get an "F" from BBB for nothing.
I went to file a dispute with them and with my credit card company, and got a full refund after 2 more months of waiting. Still, never heard a word from them.
While establishing business credit is necessary, this company will not do it for you. They are lazy, and after they get your money, you have to ride them to check progress on EVERYTHING, even the simplest of tasks. Business credit can be established without paying for it with a little patience, but if you must pay someone, do not use this horrible company. They suck at customer service, they suck at keeping their word, they are false advertisers, and they don't tell the truth.
