I have just filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau against ChaseHealthAdvance and suggest that anyone who has shared my experience with this company do the same if they have not already done so. I believe that this company is dishonest and usurious. I received financing from them for a company called American Lazer.
I changed my mind and did not receive any services from American Lazer but have had to pay ChaseHealthAdvance even after formally cancelling the agreement with American Lazer - Chase took months to resolve the problem - and confirming with one of their employees that there would be no more demands for payment, I have now received a letter stating that my NEXT statement "will reflect deferred and accrued charges"
You call the company and get some reassuring sounding response and then they hit you with outrageous fees and letters as if you had not talked to anyone in the organization. It's a crime what they are getting away with. The net is full of complaints written by their victims.
