Tribeca lending gave me a loan for 6.9 % but at the closing it magically changed to 12.9 %. They also stole $14000.00 of my proceeds and paid off someone that was not on the title.
Consequently i had to put a new roof on the house that leaking badly out of my own pocket and was not able to pay the mortgage. They forclosed on me and used sneaky tactics, like not giving me a forbearance and having a sheriff sale without me being served. I have been fighting to stay in the house for over two years. They offered to sell it back at a highly inflated price, and after i got a va loan, they refused to close, instead proceeded to evict me. I am spending christmas day packing and throwing away half of the items i have accumulated over thirty years of living here.
