I did so apply for the refund and was refused, while applying for the loan you automatically enter the id-theft and they also won't refund for you did use however they get you once you don't even know it. Therefore i consequently did unknowningly make an application for it and that i don't get a reimbursement. Therefore be careful with this financial institution. Knowing who we can complain to let me know. All the best
