I received the offer, and submitted for the offer.
It appeared to be some type of credit provider and I am more than willing to attempt to increase my credit lines.
I submitted payment in cash. (trust)
I did recieve a credit card.
I also recieved a membership catalog.
I am writing this two days after reviewing the credit package.
In the classic advantage card agreement, disclosure and arbitration agreement, it states.
Your classic advantage card is valid upon receipt for use EXCLUSIVELY to make purchases of goods and services OFFERED BY US and ANY AUTHORIZED MERCHANT PROVIDERS.
So in reviewing the fine print of the agreement the only fault I see in the credit offer itself is the misleading of representation.
In the credit offer the letter leads you to believe it is a credit card company alone.
But it does not openly disclose that it is a credit provider for a merchant service.
I will be emailing the company to submit my question regarding the credit restrictions.
Their responce to the question will determine wheither or or not I will use their credit services.
For example: If I can not use the credit account for any other merchant provider or service provider I do not want to use the credit account and will request my account be canceled.
No fraud reports or acting like a baffoon.
Just a simple account cancelation request.
And that is the way I handle business.
