On or about November 19th I applied for a loan. I was contacted by a person who said that he represented winfield lending. He informed me that I was approved for my loan and asked if he could fax me some documents.
When i received the fax I had to sign and return the fax. Then it was i had talk to a supervisor about my loan. At that point they wanted me to money gram $700.00 to canada to be approved for my loan calling this procedure collateral.
So i did this on the 19 th of november and the the supervisor told me they needed more money to approve my loan and i replied to him that i just borrowed the money to send you and i cant borrow no more at which point he told me that i am unable to gobtain the loan.
He told me on like the 2nd of december that i will receive a full refund on the 17th of december when it is the billing cycle. I have been tring to contact the company for the last 8 days to make sure my refund will be done on the 17th but i am unable to get through to anyone at the company
