Took four times the amount

I applied for and received a $400.00 cash advance loan with Geneva Ross on June 11th and from June 27th thru December 12th they have withdrawn $1560.00 from my bank account. I called them and spoke to customer service and all they would say is they would not take anymore funds from my bank. They took almost four times the amount! Can something be done about this?
