I filed a insurance claim for damage done to our barn in Oct, the amount was under 10,000.00 so they said I didn't need to do any thing at that time so I sent them my check for them to stamp and return. Well now they have came up with different paper work they need to send the check. Well they can't seem to tell me what I need at one time they tell me after they process that paper for 10 days they need something else. We have already purchased some of the material we need to repair it. Have sent the receipts for this all I want is for them so send me some money. When I call can't seem to talk to the same person. The person in charge is a Jennifer Carson when I call to talk to her they want to know how she can help me well I tell then and that doesn't seem to help, All I want to know is why can't they give me a real answer? And why doesn't this Jennifer call me so I can get my barn fixed and quit giving me the runaround? All I can say is thank god it wasn't my house.
