New card not sent even after exp date of old card

I've been contacting hurry card since Oct requesting them has my new card been sent. They never contact or maintain their term about the many small of problems to start with and so I realized I'd to remain in it about my new card since I have utilize it for direct-deposit and that I require that income to reside. Its today Dec 4th and not just have I not been approached however as guaranteed, I still don't have any card. I acquired one email declaring the card was delivered about the 13th of Nov. I've NEVER heard about a business delivering out cards overdue. I'd like the whole rushcard support shut down. If you're able to not conduct business to some particular standard you ought to be turn off. I do want to understand what my legal choices are. I've report of all of the emails i delivered and obtained. I receive money tomorrow and that I have simply no use of my money and that I have 12$ to my name.
