I paid Federal Loan Modification $2995 to help with my loan modification. I started the process in August. They had the entire fee by the first week in September. My home is now up for foreclosure sale on December 4th. Cindy was my team leader, she's impossible to get ahold of on the phone and no one offered an e-mail address. I'm beside myself and don't know what else to do. I am humiliated and ashamed that I have ruined my family financially. We may not even have a place to live.
