I was about 36 days behind and I had call and told them I would be in at the end of the month. One morning I went into work and there was a policeman there to serve a summons on me to appear in court. I immeditily call Citifinacial and asked Sonya what was going on and she told me if I would come into the store and make my payment that it would be dropped. I went into the store that Thursday and Made my payment and she gave me a deferment and that would make me due for oct and went in and made my october payment as usually she told me everything was took care of and that I didn't need to go to court. So I didn't the next thing I knew was a policeman coming back to my office with a garnishment of my pay. She knew that this would get me fired she lie to me and when confronted she ask me why I didn't go to court and I told her because you told me not to she said well her boss told her there was nothing she could do but she didnt bother to call me. Sonya was trying to get back at me for turning her into her company for going into my checking account twice and doing a unauthorize debit once on account that had been closed for years. I also lodged a complaint against her for calling my job and talking to my CSR and telling her about my account and trying to get information about my pay, where she could call my payroll and deduct the money from my pay and also trying to get my bosses name and phone number to call him. She did this to me for a witch hunt and I am at this time looking for a lawyer to file a suit against this company. I have had this account for somwhere around 20 years and she has ruined my life over a account that was not close to 60 days past due and she has ruin my job my marrage and my life for no good reason..
