I was trying to go onto http://www.loansafe.org/forum/index.php to post some useful information for homeowners. My cousin used a website called www.loanmodassistant.com which helped him walk through the modification process. He ended up getting it complete in 6wks and it probably saved his home. So I posted about his experience along with the fact that he had used a coupon code "tomsdiscount" which saved him $50 off of the $199 price. This website printed off the forms he was going to need for his lender and pretty much walked him through the entire process. I thought it might help people so I posted this information. Loansafe didn't email me or ban my account instead they banned my whole IP address. Come to find out they try to get people to use their modification services at a cost of 5000 and the owner is a convicted felon. Obviously these people aren't trying to help homeowners they only care about lining their own pockets. I think the general community needs to know this information. Loansafe thinks if you cant do it by yourself you should pay them thousands instead of having a viable alternative.
