First of all the company is a joke. For what they are trying to teach you is a joke. Out of the group of individuals they may have 2 real educated people.
It is not very difficult to fall for motivational speakers. The claim of being a "mentor" is overrated. Anyone can sit on the phone and "pump you up" or "guide you". Give me a call and I can make you feel better somehow.
Todd and Vince are crooks and jokes. All they do is provide the "cutting corners" way of doing things and that's not a good investment. Being that investment is what they preach and how they plan to make you wealthy. Taking advice from these two guys is like getting surgery from the school nurse. Be my guest!
If you want true advice on what to do don't spend the $7,000 listening to someone quote a motivational book or make inflated promises. Spend that money on a quality real estate book and a good vacation. During the vacation you can read the book and be relaxed and have equal knowledge.
There are plenty of routes in the world that can help you get where you want to be in the real estate world without the "free" course and feeling that you left with nothing
And by the way for those who haven't guessed it nothing in this world is free.
